Pride PH festival scheduled for June 22
Metro Manila Pride has announced that they will not be holding their annual Pride March and festival this year.
In a Facebook post, the non-profit organization stated, "Hindi man magdaraos ng sariling march and festival ang Metro Manila Pride ngayong taon, tuloy pa rin ang ating pagkilos at pagsulong para sa karapatan at kulayaan!"
They added, "Kahit saan ang laban, lahat magkakasama! RESBAK NA! #ResbakNa #Pride2024"
Attached to the post is their official manifesto, available in both English and Filipino.
Meanwhile, Pride PH’s "#LoveLaban2Everyone" event is set to take place on June 22, 2024, at the Quezon Memorial Circle in Quezon City. It will feature performances by prominent figures such as Vice Ganda, Marina Summers, and BINI.
