Election Day 2025: Know where to vote

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has launched its Precinct Finder website in preparation for the May 12, 2025 midterm elections, offering Filipino voters an easy way to confirm their polling information. The platform, which went live on April 23, can be accessed at precinctfinder.comelec.gov.ph and allows users to verify their designated voting location by entering their full name, date of birth, and registered area.

This initiative is designed to alleviate confusion on election day and streamline the voting process, particularly for those who have recently updated their voter records. The move underscores Comelec's efforts to ensure a smoother electoral experience as millions prepare to cast their ballots.

The 2025 elections will decide all 317 seats in the House of Representatives and 12 of the 24 Senate seats that make up the 20th Congress of the Philippines. Local elections will also fill executive and legislative positions across the country’s provinces, cities, and municipalities.

This midterm election is poised to serve as a critical test of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s administration, marking the halfway point of his six-year term. — WALPHS.com
