Filipinos don’t wait until December to celebrate Christmas. As soon as the “-ber months” begin, homes start filling with lights, decorations, and the unmistakable buzz of the season. This year, Australia’s lifestyle brand Anko is joining in early with a holiday collection that leans into color, playfulness, and the familiar warmth of gatherings at home.

A curated Christmas wonderland

Anko’s 2025 holiday line combines the classic and the whimsical. A candy cane–themed Christmas tree offers a playful twist on tradition, while nutcracker sets, candy cane baubles, and novelty lights bring small details that brighten a room. For the holiday table, there are side plates inspired by the “12 Days of Christmas” and mugs shaped like gingerbread men and Santas, ready for hot chocolate or coffee after noche buena.

“Christmas in the Philippines is a time when homes come alive, families gather, and every moments feel brighter,” said Rachel Turner, Anko Philippines’ Country Manager. “It’s only our second Christmas in the country, and this year’s campaign was filmed in Australia together with Anne [Curtis], capturing the joy and spirit of the season in a way that feels both global and deeply personal. From thoughtful gifts to festive home touches, we want to show that stylish, quality, and affordable products can be within reach of every Filipino family, making the holiday celebration more meaningful.”

Color, play, and personal touches

Sarah Smith, Anko’s Design Team Leader, explained that this year’s collection highlights both tradition and fun. “This year’s holiday collection celebrates color and playfulness while keeping designs timeless and versatile. From classic reds and greens to vibrant pinks and magentas, every piece is designed to inspire Filipinos to create homes that are festive, joyful, and uniquely their own.”

Stores, surprises, and a starry appearance

To reach more shoppers, Anko is opening two new stores at Ayala Malls Manila Bay in October and Ayala Malls Feliz in November. On October 10, its TriNoma branch will be transformed into a Christmas showcase with workshops, holiday activities, and a special gathering featuring brand ambassador Anne Curtis.

Other branches, including Glorietta and Alabang Town Center, will also roll out new décor and gifting ideas each week, giving shoppers fresh finds throughout the season.

A growing place in Filipino homes

Anko, part of Australia’s Kmart Group, has quickly found a place in Filipino homes by offering practical yet stylish products at accessible prices. This year’s holiday campaign strengthens that connection by showing how even simple and affordable pieces can bring warmth, joy, and sparkle to the country’s most festive season.
