MAKATI CITY — Global retailer Uniqlo is spotlighting the intersection of fashion and pop culture through its UT Graphic-T Universe, an immersive pop-up exhibit at One Ayala Concourse.

Running until March 29, the exhibit presents the brand’s Spring/Summer 2026 UT collection, transforming graphic T-shirts into canvases for art, manga, music, and iconic characters. The space moves beyond a typical retail setup, framing UT as a cultural platform that reflects shared interests across generations.

One of the central highlights is the Manga UT Shueisha 100th collection, which marks a century for the Japanese publisher behind titles such as “Weekly Shonen Jump” and “Weekly Young Jump.” The pieces draw from some of the most recognizable manga works, underscoring their global influence and enduring appeal.

Art-driven collaborations also take focus, including the MoMA Poster Art Collection, which features designs based on exhibition posters from the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Complementing this are graphic interpretations of works by Andy Warhol, Keith Haring, and Jean-Michel Basquiat, bringing well-known visual language into everyday wear.

Character collaborations round out the lineup, with collections featuring Pop Mart’s Molly, the confectionery-themed cats of Mofusand, and Peanuts characters such as Charlie Brown and Snoopy. Additional releases draw inspiration from franchises such as Pokémon, Disney’s Magic for All, and Nintendo’s Super Mario, reflecting the breadth of UT’s cultural references.

Through these collaborations, UT continues to position itself as more than a clothing line, offering pieces that allow wearers to engage with the stories, icons, and imagery that shape contemporary culture.

The UT Graphic-T Universe runs from March 26 to 29 at One Ayala Concourse. Admission is open to the public.
