True Faith's lead vocalist, Medwin Marfil, tied the knot with his partner and former high school batchmate, Mark Angeles, in the United States.

The intimate affair was held in the scenic Rockaway Beach in Pacifica, California on May 11, 2024.

Marfil took to his social media pages on Wednesday, May 15, to share a touching snapshot from their special day. In his caption, Marfil wrote:

The photo captures the couple exuding sheer happiness, dressed in coordinated attire of white polo shirts, khaki pants, and matching white shoes.

Marfil's public acknowledgment of his relationship with Angeles marks a significant milestone, as it also serves as his first public declaration of being gay. 

In an exclusive report, ABS-CBN News revealed that the couple is “now in the process of fixing Medwin’s papers. And that means, he would need to stay more in the United States.”

True Faith, a band renowned for their timeless hits like “Huwag Na Lang Kaya” and “Dahil Ikaw,” has been a staple in the Original Pilipino Music scene since its formation in 1991.
